Download your integrity Checklist here!

The Power, Purpose and Pleasure of Aging With Integrity:

Power :

— Start the day by affirming your true value and worth. Affirm you are a source of vital energy

in the world today, as such you have the ability to respect your body, your mind, your spirit.

— Create a routine around connecting with Higher Power in whatever manner makes sense for

you. Some rituals for connection include meditating, journal writing, walking, gardening,

cooking, listening to music. The point here is to consistency realign with loving energy that is

within and around you.

— Repeat and practice aligning with this connection, as you would with any piece of

equipment in the gym. Practice mental “reps” that nurture your role in the Divine Design

unfolding at this very moment.

Purpose:

— Use your powerful energy to decide where to go, what to do, who to see, how to serve.

— Keep track of the small things and larger steps you are taking toward helping others.

— Take action steps that reflect your priorities and values, and help to build integrity within

yourself.

— Do at least one thing every day that helps you learn something you didn’t know before.

— Share your progress with a trusted person who seeks to empower and uplift your goals.

Pleasure:

— Learn ways of doing something you enjoy, that maximizes the potential for jubilation while

minimizing potential risk.

— Create actions steps toward experiencing pleasure — with the flexibility of pivoting or

having a “Plan B” if your first plan doesn’t work.

— Understand that most human pleasure results from practice, practice, practice. Learning

and failing are part of the learning process.

— Accept that you may not always get the exact results you want, and frustration is often part

of the journey toward euphoric empowerment.

— Consult with someone who can help you obtain and sustain the type of pleasurable

experiences or adventures you seek to enjoy.
